Anyone been permanently disabled and recovered from it?

Seems like there are levels to disables/bans. I have been disabled over 10 times, banned, etc..

Account Disabled
- Usually able to get this back by reporting account hacked, or pleading a case.
Timeframe: 2 - 7 Days

Account Deleted
- Account deleted without warning
- Cannot create new accounts from the same phone
Solution: Get a new phone or try tricks (Search group)

Permanently Disabled
- Account Disabled, but can still plead case
- Hacked or pleading case results in emails saying your are permanently disabled.
Possible Solution: FB Trick (Didn't work for me)

Anyone every get there account back from the "Permanently Disabled" Scenario?

I have, and i know a lot of other pple who did/do.

Wrote a post about ig (google>my user name>open #1 site>search instagram in site) strategies including how to recover deleted accs. Lot's of pple are using my method.

Well, you could have pop unders, pop ups that earn revenue, you could just post on here and not promote your site
