IMO, better to go research in Play to Earn Niche NFT game, as I see there is ton of money pump to this niche.

Don't think of it as crypto, think of it as art. Why would someone value one painting at hundreds of millions of dollars, and another at less than the cost of the paint used?

NFTs are not art. NFTs can be LINKED to art.

Technically speaking, that is true.
Though, when people talk about NFTs, most of the time they refer to the linked versions, at least that has been my limited experience.
