Anyone accepting guest posts on pr2+ health?

Hi all, if anyone has a pr2+ health blog I'd really appreciate a guest post opportunity (related to dentistry). Post is 500 words and top quality, with 1 link back to a related, good quality site. With everyone jumping on the guest post bandwagon it's getting really difficult to get posts published - someone tried to charge me $150 for a post on a pr4 site with da 5 and alexa of 17m yesterday! and even the good people at myblogguest have tried it on for $20 or more...I have a small budget so can pay minimal fee, and promise to share the post around when it's live. Would really appreciate some help on this one, thanks!

im currently consolidating my 2 health related mini sites (pa/da = 38/26 & 20/12) into 1 big authority site, which is fairly new. no PR yet coz it is just 3 mon old but it now has pa/da = 16/7.

Afraid most people will charge I have two PR3's but it's $30 a post (also have to UK health sites).

I have a PR 3 site related to muscles / mass building, i am just about to open to guest post from any health niche, will create a categories for different health niche.
Currently there is no outbound link to any niche site for now as i didn't open to it actually. Only 1-2 OBL to mainly authority site.

Since you are on low budget, i am let you post on it for just $15.
I am limiting to a certain amount of guest post.
