Anyone a Partner With Paul Affiliate?

So Im looking to signup with Partner With Paul and to start promoting them. I've read good and bad things about them and was wondering if any of you have any experience with them?

Signup looks pretty easy and instant. I just don't know if I should give em my SSN without any info on em?
