Anybody who got sued for Instagram botting?

I am just getting bored and curious, do you know anybody who got sued by Instagram for botting?

I dont know if you can really get "sued"
they will just ban your accounts and send you some stupid letter saying that you violated their terms

They can sue the person if they want to make example out of it to stop new people from botting IG.

I have never seen or heard anyone getting sued for botting really

I don't think ig will bother about this,they will just ban move on.(it's a waste of money for them, just look at game piracy, how many people god sued, it still won't stop, botting is just like piracy you cut 1,5 more grow) .

Except you bot to acc to attack someone personal, deflaming etc.

Recently not really, but i don't follow this closely anymore. In the prehistoric days of Instagram (at the end of '12) some bots (Xgram, InstaDominate, Botstagram) got shut down, the devs received C&Ds. Although it only affected the developers and not the users as far as i know, at least i haven't received anything and i have used all of those.

Major RIP to all devs who received C&D. It is time to topple the monopoly ruled and overseen by The Zuck. We must defeat him and make all data accessible to everyone.
