Anybody using Pintrest bot to promote eBay?

Hi, i have a shop on eBay with over 1000 listings in the Women's fashion category, most items are popular brands.

i would like to try and drive extra traffic.... and was wondering if a Pintrest bot could achieve this, by hammering their platform with pins of my items regularly.

if anybody has any knowledge or experience in this or similar areas i would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions.
