Hello, I wanted to know if anyone tried twitter ads and found success compared to facebook or tiktok ads.

I have a feeling there is potential in twitter ads but i do want to hear others experiences before i begin myself.

The CPMs are usually cheaper and the audience is more “intent-based,” so they work well for niches like SaaS, crypto, tech, newsletters, and info products. But for broad ecom products, TikTok and Facebook usually convert way better because their algorithm is stronger and the creative format fits impulse buying.

Twitter X ads can work well but they perform best for niche audiences don’t expect Facebook level conversions

i am looking for more replies i want to know more about X ads
low-key X is fire. I've had customer with a large follower count bought a bunch of stuff from my store and was excited to share what she bought (people started asking her where she got it). The next day I saw a big jump in revenue. But investing in X ads still feels risky to me so I'm curious what other's experiences have been

I noticed that CPM is higher than Facebook, but the overall effectiveness is lower. I decided not to continue working with X.

what was your product?

Twitter ads can work, but usually theyre more expensive and less targeted than tiktok or facebook.

what did you promote on twitter? im planning to promote a physical product

Twitter ads can be effective for brand awareness or niche audiences, but for direct conversions, platforms like tiktok or facebook often give better ROI.

with a low budget and seeing how your audience responds is usually the safest way to approach Twitter ads.

This is a rather difficult source. I used it in 2024, and a lot has changed since then. I know people who were making thousands of dollars daily on black market offers, but now they've stopped working. I think I have something to tell you, but definitely not here - not on the forum.

X/Twitter ads can work, but results vary. They’re usually cheaper than Facebook and less aggressive than TikTok, but targeting isn’t as strong. Good for niches, news, crypto, and real-time offers not always great for broad e-commerce. Potential is there if your audience is active on X.

Twitter ads can work, but generally higher CPC and lower reach than Facebook/TikTok. Best for niche targeting, news, or B2B audiences; performance depends heavily on ad copy and engagement.

I bought blue checkmarked, but I can't add a credit card to my advertising account. The addition failed, and the status shows as “silent_under_review.” I'm not sure if this is the reason.

Twitter ads can work, but results vary. Usually, CPC is lower than Facebook, but audience targeting is narrower. Best for niche, timely campaigns rather than broad branding.

At the moment, launching is possible, but it’s hardly worth the effort and requires a huge amount of testing just to stay stable and avoid bans.

In 2026, the consensus among growth experts is that X (Twitter) Ads are the "undervalued middle child"—they aren't as visually dominant as TikTok or as massive as Facebook, but they offer a unique advantage in intent and conversation.

I’ve tested both, and X ads can work, but it depends heavily on niche and campaign goal.

For direct response, Meta Platforms usually wins because targeting, conversion data, and scale are stronger. Many marketers still see Meta Platforms as the easier platform for consistent lead gen or ecommerce results.

X can perform well for finance, tech, crypto, B2B, news-driven offers, personal brands, and products that benefit from conversation and fast attention. Some advertisers report strong results in audience-specific niches, while others find it less predictable than Meta.

What's your niche? A lot depends on that—I know for sure you shouldn't advertise nutra products there.
