is there way they detect duplicate acct? I am using multi browsers and diff ip ,they dont ban me but not appriving request
 
It's more than likely that you're either requesting large subs, or your accounts are too weak to request a sub. It's difficult to get subs through reddit request unless they're small and unmoderated. What sub did you request?
 
They don’t always ban, but they soft-filter low trust profiles.

Yes, sometimes using free VPN or chrome browser circumvent this detection because chrome has trusted higher score and doesn’t block fingerprinting.
