Anybody Making Money Offline?

I know this is the forum for internet marketing and making money online, but I'm just curious to see if anyone here earns an income that requires an offline approach?

As much as I want to have a purely remote job, I still hold a strong belief that there's just some things technology can't really replace, at least not in my lifetime.

Maybe something like a teacher, personal trainer, plumber, surgeon, and so on.

Honestly, with the right advancements in technology, a good chunk of those jobs can be done remotely. Personally I've been a lifeguard a few years back, which somehow has a way to be done remotely.


But at the end of the day, it's pretty impossible to replicate a true human touch with technology, which I think is a strong reason for why even though you CAN do some jobs remotely, you really really shouldn't.

What do you think?

It's a good question. Even with all our online tools, most people still work in person. Jobs like plumbers, nurses, construction workers, chefs, firefighters, and electricians happen face‑to‑face and can’t be done by machines. Some jobs mix both worlds, personal trainers might use apps but meet you live, and teachers sometimes add online lessons to their classroom work. Even in surgery, robots help, but doctors still need to be there. Lifeguards may use drones and ai to watch swimmers, but they’re the ones who jump in to save you.

Technology makes these jobs easier, but it can’t replace real people. In‑person work isn’t going away, it’s what keeps society running. So whether you work online or offline, both kinds of jobs are important IMO. )
 
I am learning Astrology (I got some belief on this, I used to love maths, and astrology is big mathematics involving the planets and degrees). In India, the demand of a good astrologer is always on..

People dont take life decisions including marriage (yea its funny), buying something valuable without seeking the advices of astrologers.

The more expertise we are at Astrology, the more popularity and money we will get through this.

They are predicting the lives of people by horoscope, and charges starting from 2 USD to 2000 USD. Anyone can register as a user or astrolger in these apps, and making money through them.
 
Have some short term rentals, do real estate Coaching (short term rentals) and Just flipped my first apartment together with a friend (this I think I love Most)
 
I’ve done many offline jobs and still do.
And I’ve never faced any issues.
In fact, there’s much less chance of spam in offline work.
 
Just to add on, I personally think that the trend is starting to shift back to blue-collar or blue-collar like jobs, so for those who have the opportunity to, plumbing, electrical work or any trade where skilled labor is required could very well be the future (at least for your lifetime).

Tradesmen like that charge $100 per visit, just to diagnose your plumbing/electrical/carpentry issues, not inclusive of the actual work done, so it can be very lucrative, provided you have the skills to back it up.

Yes, making money offline is still very much possible through local services, retail, or even investments. Many people have turned to small businesses or freelance work to generate income outside of the online world.
 
Not atm but I want to dtart a hobby of working woth wood and build amazing decor stuff.
 
I've been working remotely for over 5 years, but have a lot of respect for those who have jobs that aren't online. Because I'm too lazy to get my ass up now, even though I work a lot
But... at home.
 
I think we should put some eggs in offline basket as well.

I have some offline income stream as well.
 
I make money offline with QR codes an Flyers that link to CPA an affilaite offers. I also live in NCY so its different level of people that see the fleyr daily
 
Absolutely—offline money-making is still very much alive. I know people running car washes, food trucks, and local repair services who are doing really well without much online presence. It’s all about finding a real-world need and solving it effectively. Combining offline hustle with online tools can really level things up too.
 
Define offline. I think of salary based direct deposits as still online in that way still an
