Hello guys, I would like to know is that possible..

So basically, in the left side of site, I have widget which browses posts, its a custom menu with links.

Is that possible that I add a small icon to each of the item? I have added screenshot so you can see how I think.

I hope theres a way, because i have seen some of the sites what I need

yes, it's possible, but what do you expect to get? CSS snippet? or what?

You can do that either manually using html or, if you are using WordPress, install Zemanta and then you'll be able to add their widget to your sidebar and it will automatically generate clickable thumbnails with titles for you.
