Anybody know anything about Jim Vigilante?

I'm looking for any available info on wowzza/wowzza power creator Jim Vigilante. Is the the same guy who used to live here in nc? Any info you've got I'd appreciate!

FYI, one of my site members got kicked out of wowzza and wants to file a formal dispute, but has to do so in writing accoring to their TOS. They, however, did not put any addressing info anywhere on either site. Tricky bastards.

Found this much... this is like an hour away from my house... so tempting to go knock on the door... the TOS says you have to sue them in Lake Co, Ohio, but their base is in NC? WTF?
