You'd like to transfer 10 TB via a 100 mbps link? You'd have to divied 100 by 8, then add headroom for metadata. Assume you have 10 MB/s from 100mbps then you'd have
10^12 / 10^6 = 10^6s = about 4 months to transfer that via a 100mbps link.

100 mbps is the speed of the connection.
10 TB is the amount of data that you're allowed to transfer from the server, I'm guessing each month.
As bartosimpsonio said, it would take 3 months to use the 10TB of bandwidth, so you don't have to worry about going over it.
