What setups do you look for in stocks... technicals, fundamentals, etc? Just in general, you don't have to break down your entire strategy if you don't want to.I swing trade stocks and crypto using binance, Robin hood and coinbase. Crypto market is primed to have a huge run in the next 1-3 years imo
how do you trade? like whats your methodology?Swing trading on binance futures too..
It’s more profitable than stocks since it’s more volatile, There are more opportunities..
best guide for options is a book called options pricing and volatility. check it out on amazon, that is a good primer on options.ive been looking for posts regarding this same thing on here. i spent ALL last week trying to learn options for robinhood. idk wth im doing. Figured maybe daytrading may be easier to start with? if you anyone out here knows of a good tutorial for robinhood or webull to get started in lmk. I havent found one yet that is not just repeating the same jargon every other youtuber is repeating to then link their affiliate link in the description. I dont mind to click an affiliate if i learned something though. If i find something i link it back here. From some digging it seems covered options with an expiration far out can be lucrative this way you can pull profit when you see it fit. But not sure how to actuallly execute this on robinhood. Best of luck mate!
Our entire life is pure gambling. The only difference is the risk vs. reward ratio. When I used to trade, I just followed the trend, scalping. If you can anticipate the news, I won't call it gambling.Isn't day-trading more like gambling?

I used to switch between 1M, 5M and 1H charts to see the trend and read if there were any upcoming news for that day. Nothing fancy. And always traded only EUR/USD, USD/JPY and USD/GBP.How much time do you spend on analysis for a given market in day-trading?

If you trade in the day (your time), then yes. If you trade in the night, then you are a night-trader. With Bitcoin, there is a different story, those cash-outs, aren't really cash-outs, big players just move the coins from one wallet to another, so they can influence the price. It's actually what I usually do to anticipate Bitcoin cash-outs. Am I a day trader?![]()
