What are you trying to ask, there are multiple use-cases like one can use Google Translate to translate and read a book, for asking directions, for making a multi-lingual website. What is it exactly do you want to know?
 
Yes I use it everyday, it is okay, quality is good enough for daily use.

I think it is useful for some daily questions, but for deep quality translate you should use dictionaries. They can be online too)
