anybody have their Twitter Follower# get Stuck??

For the past several days, my twitter follower number has been stuck at 15,464. I get tons of emails saying i have new followers and sometimes it does go up temporarily and then Drops right back to that number.
They updated this issue a year ago and don't seem to care about fixin it

Just wondering if this has affected anybody else here or found a solution

new twitter sometimes shows inaccurate numbers (followers, tweets, lists, you name it), i cannot recommend you anything else than you need to live with it, it's not affecting me much rho

try to switch back to old twitter temporarily (you can still do it, however they will kill old twitter very soon), see what happens and then switch back to new twitter again, it used to solve these issues most of the time at least for me

Did the switch back and forth...will just have to watch and see if anything changes and it gets unstuck

They are updating people from the old twitter to the new twitter, the whole system is a little sketch right now, just ride it out and it will be fine.

I guess i'll have to ride it out..but the issue was posted at twitter support on june of 2010 and they said they are aware of the follower # issue it's not a top priority to fix it.
i'm still at the same number as of today but had tons of new followers

Is your following to follower ratio enough? I know this happened to me once and I needed to get more followers before I could increase my numbers. Twitter does that on most of the non verified accounts.
