Anybody Have Issues With Hostwinds?

Been noticing my sites either load very slowly or they just do not load at all. Sites were working fine up until about 3 days ago and now none of them will even respond most of the time. Can't log into my WP-Admin to edit anything. I contacted support and they said everything was fine on their end and there was nothing that they could do. I am debating looking for another hosting company because its been three days and I have had no access.

HostWinds is a slow service when it comes to site loading. Also, their support is not as responsive. Good decision to go for some other one

OK my post here was deleted and I have absolutely no idea why because I have posted numerous times on this forum about my dislike for hostwinds after spending several years with them and having nothing but problems from slow site loading to my sites just vanishing!!!

I am an ex customer of hostwinds and therefore my post is not without substance, I have previous dealings with hostwinds and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Yeah I would literally never use them again. They tried to charge me $30 to upgrade PHP from 5.6 to 7.0.

Why is that such a big deal you may ask?...

Well PHP 5 is not supported anymore. It's a security risk to run unsupported and outdated software on your server and they want to charge me to do this? Ridiculous.

99% of hosting platforms out there let you do this for yourself, even cpanel will do it. They actively turned this off so they can charge people to upgrade.

thats is ridiculous! I use hostinger. They just got their main servers hacked (just like one of their subsidiaries did a couple of months ago SMH)

But you can switch around your php for free from all of their available phps.
