I called the contact phone number and was told by the answering service that they had no information on file, yet I see the offer page coming up on POF.

I'd try changing the 'advertise' on that email to 'support' and see if you can get any joy like that

Sorry, but why would you want to promote a service that makes it so difficult to get in touch with? It is not a good sign.
