Anybody ever use themes from here?

I really like some of their themes but I have read that free themes can sometimes contain malware, etc. So, what do you guys think of that site? And is there a way to check if a particular theme is infected with something? I ran the zip through several online virus scanners and it passed.. am I in the clear?

I know they can often contain loads of hidden links/spam links, but not sure about viruses.
