They're offering a whole $20 in compensation :). Looks like a lot of blackhatters enrolled in YPN will be kicked out....

III. What Is This Class Action About?
This class action was brought in 2006 by several Yahoo! pay-per-click search advertising customers. They allege that customers contracted for targeted ad placements through two products, "Sponsored Search" and "Content Match" (and predecessor products provided by Overture Services, Inc. and GoTo.com, Inc.) and that Yahoo! breached its contract with its customers by allowing Yahoo! ads to be displayed in spyware, domain name parking sites (also known as bulk registration sites), pop-ups, pop-unders, and typosquatting sites. Plaintiffs brought claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, misrepresentation, civil conspiracy, and unfair business practices.

Nobodies getting kicked out of anything.

Didn't see the other thread, sorry. But it does stand to reason that if you are a YPN publisher and doing some of the things they got sued over and are now paying millions for, that they would kick you out. Not from being an advertiser - from being a publisher.

Wow a whole $20? I can get that new..8 pack of Hanes socks I've always dreamed about.

Here's the real beauty. You only qualify for the $20 if you went out of business.

"Oh, sorry you're so broke you can't afford a 50 cent click. Here's $20. Buy yourself some clean underwear."
