Anybody doing IG mentions?

I tried doing IG mentions actually a month ago. I bought 1,000 mentions for around $10 from a pricey service which I don't really want to use anymore since it's pretty expensive.

If you are doing IG mentions, may I ask how are you doing them? For example, with an automation tool or service? I bought a IG mentions bot a year ago but it doesn't work anymore so I'm thinking if I should just try to deliver my own mentions manually but that just seems WAY too time consuming if I want to put out over 5K mentions.

Not to be rude but as I've already mentioned, I bought 1K mentions last month and received a few leads. However, my targeting was a bit off so it could have performed better.

I believe mentions still work but I wouldn't know how to automate them besides using the service I used previously which was kind of pricey.
