Anybody buying Push Notifications?

Hi.

I see alot of traffic companys are now offering Push Notifications as a traffic source.

Anybody using this source of traffic and is it successful?

It’s great for fake news content or if you’re great at putting together clickbaity pieces.
 
I get over 1000 visitors a day of adult traffic and I see that competition is using push notifications but I have no idea how it works and how I could benefit from it. Any good sources of information regarding it?
 
push notification is long time earnings method,like email marketing. you need push notification subscribers.then you can sent your ads or other link for your subscribers.
 
they actually convert quite well, but it’s interruption marketing.. like ppv used to be. The old methods can work again ;-)
 
It's converting, depends on the niche, creative and text, some are very cheap and you can try multiple variations to find your winning ad.
In Nutra for example it worked very bad in tier 3 countries, all of my leads for weight loss got rejected.
So its all about testing, good luck.
 
it works well for some activity on chatting base like Telegram.. conversion rate is high and compare to other ADV less fund needed

They are easy to set up using a WordPress plugin. I use onesignal.com. I collect quite a lot of people from them. But CTR is absolutely shite.

Also. I can't see many people wanting adult pop ups on their mobile or laptop
 
Similar to pop traffic - not always relevant
In case you get paid on impressions only and not clicks or conversions - this might work

Hey man, I think it depends what you are currently looking to run. I have been doing tests on a bunch of offers on a bunch of networks. I am running Dating and Sweepstakes and it's working from me really good. I tried all of the big ones, AdMaven, Megapush, ZeroPark - And these are the ones worth mentioning.

The rest mainly use recycled traffic and it passes around from different hands all the time. I understood that AdMaven and Propeller though have a lot of direct traffic and their the only one that isn't built on recycled traffic altogether.

I have been in the industry for like 10 years, and it's really been a hack of a journey with push. It just works better than other ad formats on lead oriented ads.

I would really try this out, everybody are doing it, just pick like 1 network to start with with an easy SOI lead campaign, and youlle be green in no time, i know i have :)

I don't know, i have been testing a few push companies, but haven't been able to really reach huge margins. I only tried ZeroPark and AdMaven, i was able to break even with zero and a really small margin. I tried running a Mainstream dating offer but not much luck. I so far spent like 200$ on zero and 250$ on AdMaven, do you have maybe insights on this ? How are you working on the creative? I do mainly SEO and Display for like a year now, but Push seems like something you need to try before it all goes up in smoke with google regulating it LOL

Well i always talk to someone in support first, i never deposit before, it just makes it easier to get more info before going in. Most networks i talk have live support so i can get some info and understand what i'm buying. ZeroPark have really good support, AdMaven also, they answer like once or twice a day but always with tons of info. Propeller also have pretty solid support. After i understand some more about what to i just let start spending a bit and see what works.

I prefer working with platforms that can give me more features, i never did push so still learning :) Once i have my first success i will share some more, in the meanwhile, it's going pretty good, but who knows what will happend tommorow :)
 
It’s not bad & hard to get subscribers.
 
It was very lucrative for me in 2019 :) But with cloaking - blackhat. I couldn't succeed doing white hat stuff with push notification ads.
