Anybody actually recovered from March Update?

Content changes made this.

- no EEAT, no backlinks, nothing. Only around 60% of the content was changed and crawling increased 4 weeks prio to this jump in July.

I am already recover everything but Still I have to do sometihng for the better result.
 
This was not a core update, I don't see returns. I think you have to wait for core.
