I actually just bought a broken Xbox 360 (drive tray wouldn't open) for $45, fixed it up. Unfortunately it didn't come w/ anything else, so I had to pay an extra $120 for cords, controllers, etc...still saved quite a bit of money and lovin' NCAA Football 10
