You go in almost like a hypnosis that you can't snap yourself out of. You beat yourself up everynight with mindless content till you are so exhausted that you just drop dead and fall asleep.

The next morning/day you obviously pay for it by feeling tired. Every day in morning as you are feeling utter $hit you keep telling yourself, that's it...No more...When the night time comes..you can't snap yourself out of it and the cycle repeats.

What is worse, in long term your health will deteriorate drastically from this...

Never had any major problems getting sleep much except occasionally can't get to sleep fast

Nah, not anymore. I used to watch useless video's before bed, nowadays, I take late night walks, prep my meals for the next day or read a book.
Sleep quality has gone up, and I am never tired anymore in mornings.

Not really. My days are usually packed and by the time I hit the sack, I’m already exhausted both mentally and physically. I usually fall asleep in a few minutes.
Try to fit a workout session in your day and maybe that’ll help get the excess energy out of you.

it's not always about being lazy. Sometimes the sleeping schedule is fucked or the temperament is like the person cannot stop.

People who can fall asleep in a few minutes a just lucky to have a good/stable nervous system

I don't think you exert as much energy during the day as you do at night.

Get some exercise by walking in the morning or evening, lifting weights, etc.

You'll fall asleep much faster at night and it will soon become a habit.

Indeed. Just set a daily bed and wake up time that you adhere to, and fill your day until your bed time. You won't have any time to do useless stuff by the time you're finished with your tasks or habits that you do every day.

I've recently started waking up at 5:15, lift at 7 and hit the office at 9, while I go to bed around 9:15 PM. I sleep in like a minute after doing a 10 minute meditation.

'just lucky'
This may interest you whenever I go to sleep somewhere and a ferret with me I always find £20 note in my pocket or on me somewhere and one time no idea why he got it from but he gives me a gold ring

You get a ferret and I will show you how to marry yourself rich?
Nah, I’ve got two retrievers and a ton of birds so I’m all set in the pet dept haha
