I had the same problem with only getting 360p from most YouTube downloaders. I started using StreamFox for Video to get around that, and now I can download videos in 1080p to 4K for offline viewing. It's been super helpful, especially when I want to watch stuff later without needing internet. You just need to pick the right resolution before downloading. Might be worth checking out!
