I guess it's called account checker but you can call it accounts scanner

It shouldn't be needed to log in to see if account is valid. I'm not a coder but I guess it's pretty easy to visit account url and use some info on it to see if it is still live.

not used it for a while but i dont think anythings changed at youtubes end, if it has just change the string it searches for, no reason for it not to work. (no support sorry)
