I got a WP theme, but it sucks, it didn't add the bottom text I need to add, so is there any easy plugin for that?

Why fill up your site with unnecessary plugins. Just copy/paste somebody's privacy Policy, tos and disclaimer - and change to your details. Too many plugins just make your site slow.

There's so many plugins for that, just install one of them it will add the necessary page then remove the plugin.

Wp-insert is one I have used, just create the pages first then point the plugin to them.
