Any WP Plugin or Script/Tool which will rotate banners as per Geo-location?

Hello guys i am looking for a WP Plugin or a Script/tool which will rotate banners for my CPA offers according to visitors location. I know this feature is present in some content lockers but they are merely content lockers while i want banners on my website. I looked for some WP plugin but they just rotate banners randomly they don't have geo-location feature. So anyone knows about such plugin or script?

I think there's one out called "wp traffic control" that'll do what you want.

It's not free but it's cheap for all it does and it will do what you're asking and a lot more.

I use the wptraffictools. Works like a charm.
