This is the checkout I want to copy:

It is basically a "same page" checkout.
I am 99% sure this is not a WP website. Do you have any suggestions for a plugin that could remake it? Or do I need to custom code?

I think Woocommerce has a One Page checkout plugin.

That's a Vue JS site.

In addition to Gravity Forms, have a look at the following as well:

Formidable Forms
WPForms
Elementor
Ninja Forms

To make your form look nice, you'll need a lot of CSS to style it the way you want. You will not likely find a solution out of the box that looks amazing without adding your own styling.

You can use any multi-step form to create that thing, then use Surecart for checkout.
