Hi Everyone,

Is there any re-loadable USA VCC available which can work with adword or bing or yahoo?
If there is anyone who is using VCC with any one of the above then please reply.

I used neteller this time last year and it worked which is a rare experience

Neteller is licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission as a Payment Intermediary Service.
So looks like they are providing Non-USA Card so how come their card will work with USA google adword account?
