I wanted to ask you all a question: why do people pick GoDaddy?

Is it a good service? I am looking to start IM, selling a Guide online; would GoDaddy services be good for this?

Also, I'm so used to their Domain Manager Back End that I'm to lazy to switch.

they have all the discounts cupons all the time. I mean for regular domains and stuff and testing they are the best. If you ever get serious you will need your own server.

For CPA/SEO and PPC etc will GoDaddy be a good choice?

I would highly recommend namecheap over godaddy. Cheaper, more free services, and less obnoxious "OMG BUY NOW" interface BS. Godaddy basically makes 90% of their profit tricking inexperienced people into buying shit they don't need.

I read somewhere here or in one of pdfs that GoDaddy has a tendency to snatch your domain if you do too much BH stuff with it. I personally did not have such an issue yet, so take this with a grain of salt (namecheap is recommended).
