Yes there is one desktop application you can find it on CNET(download.cnet.com/Google-Image-Downloader/3000-2381_4-75439931.html) it's name is Google Image Downloader it downloads original image and not the thumbnail...
And for bing this script will do it (github.com/ostrolucky/Bulk-Bing-Image-downloader)...
You didn't even Googled it bro... Google before asking...

thank a lot mate.
but i trust BHW more so asked.
I used to use a windows desktop version of Bing downloader.
simple but perfect.
but i lost my laptop n forgot where i got it...
can't find it again
