As the tile states, I’m looking for a Wordpress theme that allows dual sidebars on evey page? From home page to product catalog to product page?

I’m stumped and struggling to find a theme

Flatsome and several others can enable sidebar on all pages.

GeneratePress allows that. You need to choose the sidebar / content / sidebar option under Customize > Layout > Sidebars
