Any Windows VPS for GSA SER with alternate payment options?

I asked this question already, but apparently my title and so on sounded like I was selling VPS, not looking to buy. As I can't edit those things in the original post, I'm posting again with the changes:

I can't use my credit card through Paypal any more. But every single VPS reseller I've tried so far only takes Paypal as payment. I haven't been able to use Paypal since February and am getting along fine. This is the first time I've been stuck.
Anyone know of a cheap GSA SER VPS provider that takes anything else?? I've seen Bitcoin but know nothing about it and reading the Bitcoin site put me to sleep. Literally. My neck is killing me now .....

Thanks, but I can't access the Webkeepers website? I've tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox. They all return a connection error. Weirdly, I can access the website on my phone though???? Not much use if I can't get it on my desktop.

I wasn't keen on Hoststage pricing surprise though. It was $15 on every page until the very last one where you go to pay ... then it suddenly adds UK 20% tax. No address or mention anywhere that they are based in the EU and going to add tax. It makes it a bit more expensive then the rest, but beggars can't be choosers .....
