Looking for a WhatsApp bulk sender with API. Any service available?
We have a number that we use for our services and customer support. Currently, we are facing a difficult time as our WhatsApp account is getting banned without any apparent reason. It is likely that some of our competitors are reporting us.
The issue is that our WhatsApp account is being banned, but we are able to unban it within a few hours. However, once we start replying to customer messages, after 4-5 messages, it gets banned again. This keeps happening consistently.
Now, we need to contact all these clients and inform them that we can't reply from our main account. I want to send bulk messages to all these clients. Is there anybody who has a WhatsApp API service which can send bulk messages to our clients or manually we can also send but it must be a officila whatsapp API to not get number banned so we can send without issue to each client who contact us on old number
