Any Website To Create Our Private Personal Dairy?

I just want to list out everything what I do daily. It should be private. Is there any website which provides that service? Irrespective of whether its paid or free. It should be systematic like a personal dairy.

I just want it to be on cloud that's it.

penzu , day one .
Haven't used them , If you want a personal diary to maintain tasks that you have to do , Any online notepad should do.
You could even a blog for this , just install a wordpress and use html list for the tasks.

You said you want to use it to list stuff? Maybe Wunderlist is what you need..
