Any Webhosts that Block Reverse IP Lookups

Are there any webhosts that block this, or any independent service that can block reverse IP lookups. It creeps me out and I heard that you can look at the other sites on a shared server via this method? Is this true?

You can find websites on the same IP address. Just buy a dedicated IP if it bothers you that much.
