using centos vps, with whm+cpanel
some clients charged monthly, some others charged at the beginning of the project that in contract explained their sites will be hosted for only 1 year.
some others chooses their own preferred local hosting (goodluck

charged for what? for the vps, it’s a nice far above 100% roi tbh
