Hello, I am looking for a solution and can't seem to figure it out.
So pretty much I'm looking for a WordPress plugin or a web app that allows me to send previous clients to rate their business on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. If the clients rate the business 1-3 stars then it will send them to a feedback collector that collects the person's feedback. If however, the client rates the business 4-5 stars it would send them to a google reviews link where they can leave a google review.
So anyone knows of something that can solve this?
If not any WordPress developers know how much it would take to get something like this developed.
