Any ways to speed up google shopping ads?

I've probably published around 100~ shopping campaigns at this point, and it always takes 1-2 weeks for the campaigns to get traction and see a decent number of impressions. I've tried overbidding, using manual and automated bidding methods and bunch of other stuff, but can't seem to make this process go faster.

Would be glad if anyone had some advice. Most of the time my products have around 50k+ search volume, so that isn't the issue.

You don't get clicks or sales? What about impressions on your ads?
