Hi,

Are there any new ways to reduce shipping times from aliexpress?
Does anyone have experience having a contract with a shipping company or something?
if not then
How much of the products should i buy bulk each to start? price of products are between 2$ to 30$ on AE.

thank you for reading

May be you should pay more for express shipping. I don't have any experience with this. Contact the seller about this.

thats the problem, my products have different sellers and i'm 100% sure one of them is going to fuck up
I thought someone already found a solution for this
I can't believe DHL and other delivery companies if they hired me i would make them rich.

You can but it's more expensive, ever seen EMS available from a seller? That's pretty fast but not feasible at all because it's expensive as shit. Fast = expensive. Validate your products with dropshipping and ePacket, deal with complaints and manage refunds requested due to long shipping times (fewer than you think), then move onto importing once you have validated the product.

okay, i'll just let the customer choose between delivery times
if they want it fast they pay for it

I feel your frustration OP.
Customer complaints about delivery time has really bugged me and chewed up my time.

The supplier of my main products used to use ePacket so it was 10 - 22 days delivery, then he decided to drop the product off with his partner, and said that it would still be ePacket, it wasnt! So delivery times went to 30 days. I lost my status with Groupon which ripped my heart out.

I think the solution is to buy in bulk and ship with a local fulfillment company , however that will cost you extra and logistical problems can occur if you dont manage inventory well. The upside is that you can offer express shipping (3 days) and then the customer pays, express shipping can also mean more sales.

You could also buy in bulk (more cheaply than Aliexpress) from Alibaba, minimum orders are 300 pieces, however some will sell in smaller batches for higher prices.

Go with the epacket for US and be very transparent with the shipping times. Most of your customers will be willing to wait.

I've had costumers waiting for +50 days while the seller on aliexpress promised 15 days!
I lost all motivation in dropshipping because of this.

Order the product from a few different sellers to get a handle on their processes. Some AE sellers are super professional and will ship the product the next day in perfect packaging, others will take 5-7 days to process and ship in bad/smelly packaging. I would not bother giving the customer options for or using anything other than ePacket.

Don't trust anything you see on AE - not shipping times, not pictures, nothing. Order the product yourself and experience what a customer will experience. If that experience is satisfactory, then use that seller.

did you try Taobao agencies (Chinese)? I think they have more of shipping method and you can pay them with PayPal.
