Use the above websites people have recommended. Then go to semrush and rip all of those backlinks. Once you have a fairly large list of their backlinks you can do the following.

Assuming that you have Scrapebox... load it.

Harvest a bunch of Google approved proxies
Import your list of links and trim to root. Then remove duplicates.
Export that list and import it as keywords.
Use the Site: footprint and click harvest.

What will happen is you will harvest all of your competitions backlinks that they found plus the ones they didn't.
