Any way to monetize literal traffic?

I have visitors that just need the source text content of webpages, therefore no javascript is run, no adsense or anything like that could work. It's literally just downloading webpages.
I know there are IPs markets out there, but is there anything else that can be used to monetize this kind of traffic?

can't you post links / buttons / images that take them to an offer or something??

Well, no, as I said it's just the download of the page, there's no input involved and no GUI.
 
Well, charge them for a number of pages they download.

They couldn't click any "subscribe" button tho. Also they don't care about doing things legally, let's say it's a kind of DDoS attack.

I don't get it. Do you control the pages or not? Do you own them or not? If you do, then there must be some way you can charge them or else block access.

well you can try out affiliate marketing on your blog and include affliate l0ink and earn a comission when your readers make a purchase through those links

The traffic I'm talking about is from bots.
