Any way to make an adsense account without a respectable website?

I do intentionally shitty websites for meme value. They draw in visitors and have some chuckles but it's not something that I would think google would approve of. Is there a way I can get an adsense account and apply it to said websites or do I need to make a website (or buy a MNS) to get approved? Thanks.

Also, I got my amazon affiliate account approved by linking a random person's website. Do you think that would work with google?

Many people outta there are buying verified Adsese account and running them smoothly but you always try to make as much as possible with Adsense and withdraw it in your bank account. Adsesen account is highly volatile and they can ban the account anytime and it's almost impossible to regain the access to that account again.

Nope, unless you can edit that websites code.
 
There are lot of people here who can sell you approved account. Buy it. I am doing the same method

2-3 hours work got me an approved site and I just received my pin today, if you try hard enough you can save all that money and also have your own account

but being honest getting aproved not hard at all, it only needs a 5 page website and that it.

when you been aproved you can use the google adsence on any website you own.

the first website just the getting in aproved start.

I was thinking propeller ads, I heard they have no standards for their advertisers. I'm monetizing with Amazon currently but it's really untargeted traffic, I feel I should be able to get a lot more out of my cpm.

what is links and sitemap sir?
 
Links is the page that shows all your social media accounts and connections (correct me if I'm wrong please) and sitemap is a complete list of all the pages, post, images (everything) on your website.
 
Buying the accounts which have already approved is the best way according to me. You can try this method.
