Any way to Increase my Video Views?

Ok this is the gayest and newbiest question ever, but I have been searching about and was wandering has anybody managed to create a You tube view increaser yet or not, or has anyone learn't any new tricks to get round the views problem yet, I have seen posts were people have said or should I say someone has said they get you 5000 views a day, but I can't afford for anyone to do it yet.

Any help would be much appreciated
