I doubt you'll ever get it back. Contacting them is not an option since it would take forever just for them to reply your email.

You're probably using the same IP address to create these accounts try changing your IP and creating a new account.
No duplicate content
This means you have to post original content
I lost about 5 Adsense accounts for using copied content

Funny to see that AdSense could ban if you insert ads in a site dedicated to duplicate contents.
I owned autoblog in WordPress, used AdSense on it for few months, without getting banned.
I closed it because has been penalized but I'm still in AdSense.

I think it would be difficult to get back your adsense account. You should look for alternative of adsense and try your luck on those. I hope you will succeed.
