I'm contacting ebay sellers for a little idea that I have going, but it only let me send about 10 messages or so then says I have exceeded my messages.

Is the only way around this to make a new account? How long does this ban last, 24 hours?

Yes the ban is 24 hrs, i believe if you have feedback on the account the limit is 100 per 24 hrs so make a new account and make a fake sale leave feedback both ways then u can send 200 per 24 hrs between the 2 accounts, i have not tried this but i read about it somewhere..

bodeasy once sold a program that would enable you to send messages, i used it for 900 accounts once and contacted tons of people made killer money so contact frequency and bodeasy to see if they have it available any more or not. I have a program coming out that will do something similar to this mass message thingy but its not ready as of yet. Good luck.

This is kind of off topic but is there a way to make a sale/buy something without actually having to pay anything? Or what is the minimum fees that this would cost?

IM not sure what you mean maybe try and re say it. Im an old redneck from the south so sometimes it takes me a few minutes to grasp things. I can try and help you out but need it in plain speak sorry.

I want to get fake feedback on my accounts. But when you list things on ebay you have to pay listing fees and then a percentage of the final "sale". If i'm listing fake items for fake feedback, I will still have to pay all these fees correct? Is there any way to avoid all these fees and still get feedback?

If you just want the feedback try buying cheap items instead and giving great feedback and in return people will do the same. Also you can list real cheap items , now my suggestion is if this is a new account then list only one to three items and get the feedback and then list a few more , build the account up slowly this will help you keep the account without it being flagged.
