I want to get a new vps to host a couple of sites. Any recommendation ? if is offshore, better

Try Santrex.net. I use them.
The VPS I use is unmanaged though. But it is quite easy if you just google.

You can choose offshore if you want, they also allow adult and nulled.

I currently use bitcable KVM, pretty good...512MB + 4 core = $8 per month
I also made few reviews about vps on wht

Xsserver is the best for windows version.I didn't use their linux but for windows its really awesome.And if you haven't scrapebox don't worry, Xsserver give you free I have scrapebox license but till now i didn't need it to active for my xsserver because i see another license everytime

I have been using accuwebhosting.com for a couple of months and have no problem with them at all. Their price is pretty competitive as well.

stablehost works perfect for me and is even faster than the hostgator account I have as well.

I am using vps hosting from vpswebserver for one year i would say they are best in vps field .
