VPN uses a datacenter IP which it will get banned very soon, I don't suggest using VPN or proxy for clicking ads, read more in forum and you'll find some better options for click ads. Wish you luck.

It's the VPN...no VPN offer rotating one, yes there are some residential VPN online, https://www.bestproxyreviews.com/residential-vpn/
But, those VPNs can not rotate automatically...If you need a rotating IP address for each session, you have to use rotating residential IP proxy service!
On BHW there are lots of providers offer that! https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/
And one of well-know is the Illuminati, smartproxy offer much reasonable price for the proxies...
