This was mentioned earlier but I also use Halocard for Facebook Ads (I'm located outside the USA). It's a virtual credit card (not prepaid or debit) and I've been able to a resume a number of campaigns for my clients that were paused when my existing card began declining.

I’ve been testing a few crypto-funded VCCs recently for Meta Ads. One that worked fairly stable for me lately is AiWallet — it allows instant card creation and you can top up using USDT which is convenient if you manage multiple ad accounts.
Of course stability still depends a lot on the ad account trust and spending history, but so far payments have been going through fine for my campaigns.
